That belief is where our story began.
Decades ago in China, we started as a small construction company with a simple purpose: to build with care, and to create places that genuinely serve people’s lives. Over time, that purpose guided us through every project we took on — from residential communities to hospitals, senior living residences, and spaces designed to support people through every stage of life.
As we grew, we were fortunate to be recognized among China’s Top 100 developers. Yet what has always mattered most to us is not the scale of what we built, but the people we built for.
We believe our growth came from staying close to that original heart: caring about how people live, how families feel, and how communities come together.
Today, we continue to carry that same heart into the communities we create in Canada. From townhouse communities like Le Sentier to more attainable housing options such as multiplex homes, we think about the people who may one day call these places home — young families, first-time buyers, growing households, and those simply looking for a place that feels right.
